What do you offer?

We offer gymnastics and trampolining for all ages and abilities, from pre-school up to adults.

All our recreational classes cover several disciplines with gymnastics including tumbling, sports acrobatics, women’s artistic, general, rhythmic, trampolining etc.

There are waiting lists for all of our classes so if you wish to join us sign up as soon as possible.

When are the classes?

Mondays: 5pm to 7pm – Development Squads 5pm t0 7pm – Elite Squads

Tuesdays 5.pm to 5.50pm – Recreational 4 to 6 years 6pm to 6.50pm – Recreational 7 years plus

Wednesday

5.pm to 5.50pm – Recreational 4 to 6 years 6pm to 6.50pm – Recreational 7 years plus

Thursdays 5.pm to 5.50pm – Recreational 4 to 6 years 6pm to 6.50pm – Recreational 7 years plus

Fridays: 5pm to 7pm – All Squads, Acro Gymnastics and Display team 7pm to 8pm – Seniors Class (secondary school age)

Saturdays: 9.45am to 10.30am – Recreational 4 to 5 years 10.30am to 11.20am – Recreational 6 to 7 years 11.20am to 12.10pm – Recreational 8 to 9 years 12.10pm to 1.10pm – Recreational 10 + years 12pm to 2.30pm – Squads 1pm to 2.30pm – Advanced recreational Gymnasts
